La Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica

La Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica (The Spanish Honor Society) is sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese. The honor society is intended to recognize high achievement of high school students currently enrolled in Spanish or Portuguese classes. Glynn Academy's chapter, Octavio Paz, was founded by Skip Morina and is currently overseen by Sra. Mergl. We are looking forward to the 2009-2010 school year and make the SHS more active!

Any student who is currently taking Spanish III, IV, or AP Spanish Language and is interested in applying to become a member of the Spanish Honor Society must come and see Mrs. Mergl (before school or after school) ASAP! ALL applications MUST be turned in by Tuesday, November 3rd.

If you will be taking Spanish III, IV, or AP Spanish Language during Spring Semester: there WILL be another application process starting in February. YOU MUST TAKING A SPANISH CLASS IN ORDER TO APPLY!
