Information for the 2011 Trip
Mrs. Mergl has already reserved the dates and the buses, so things are coming together!
There are no more chaperone positions available! They have all been filled!
This year's GA Grad Bash trip will be on April 30th - May 1st (Saturday-Sunday). Students and chaperones will NOT be staying in a hotel; Grad Bash is an all night party! This year GA has hired Coastal Georgia Charter and Tours for transportation. There will be 3 luxury buses that seat 56 people each.
If you are a Senior for the 2011 year and will be graduating in May, this trip is for you!
Some time in September there will be two organizational meetings- one before school and one after. Students interested in going must attend ONE of the meetings
The full deposit is $70.00 and the total cost of the entire trip is $140.00 The $70.00 deposit is due in the beginning of October. The rest of the money is due in the beginning of January.
The class of 2010-2011 is a large class. There are only 150 spots for the Grad Bash trip, so you will want to put $20.00 to save a spot.
If you put $20.00 to save a spot, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REST OF THE MONEY!. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! The only way you can get your money back is if you sell your spot to another graduating Glynn Academy Senior.
